The hotel is very new, modern, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and everything was very clean, including the rooms, linens, towels, and common areas.
We initially stayed in a single room, which felt a bit small, but after moving to a twin room, we found it much more spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were especially accommodating with breakfast, going out of their way to include vegetarian options for us, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
The only areas for improvement would be some of the facilities and services that are typically expected from a 4-star hotel. Daily room cleaning could be more consistent, and it would be nice if complimentary bottled water were provided each day. These are relatively minor points, however, and did not significantly affect our stay. The hotel offers great value for money, is in a fantastic location, and the overall experience was excellent.

Had such a wonderful stay at Nana Grand Hotel in Yerevan. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is incredibly warm and hospitable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. And the view from the balcony towards Mount Ararat is simply unforgettable. Thank you for the lovely experience, I will definitely come back again.

Convenient location, responsive staff.
Water supply was unstable, there were hours when it wasn't practical to shower; Staff doesn't speak English well, though we were able to communicate with auto-translation; almost accused me of stealing a cup from the room — so better count the number of everything when checking in!
