Nice caretaker, quite well equipped kitchen and even coffee tabs vere available. Quiet area. 5min walk from bus 49 and 20 min walk from nice river spot.

For the price, I thought the accomodation itself was ok. We had a room with a queen sized bed, a lock, and there was a shared kitchen and bathroom.
There is a $60 cleaning fee included in the price and yet the bathroom especially needed a good cleaning. The shower was dirty, there was a faint smell of vomit coming from the shower curtain, there was dust everywhere indicating that the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned and there were spider webs all over the place. That was disappointing.
I also want to mention that on the last morning of our stay, college students were literally moving in, waking us up and making us very uncomfortable as we were not expecting it. It was frustrating for us and awkward.
