Experience the ultimate coastal getaway in this beautifully appointed beachside retreat, perfectly designed for comfort, space, and unforgettable Gulf views.
Step into the stunning living room featuring 16-foot vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase the beautiful Gulf. From here, enjoy access to one of two private decks—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The fully equipped, spacious kitchen is ideal for gathering and entertaining, complete with a large island, eat-in bar, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. This space also doubles as a convenient beverage station, featuring a coffee bar, wine chiller, and ice maker.
The home offers direct beach access right out the back door, making it effortless to enjoy the sand and surf anytime. Located within a gated complex, guests also have access to a community pool and tennis court for added recreation.
Accommodations are thoughtfully designed for groups and families:
The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and a large ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and separate shower. The bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and double murphy bed, as well as its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The attached bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The bunk room is perfect for kids or larger groups, offering four double beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Additional conveniences include a half bath on the main level and free WiFi throughout the home.
And for dining and local flavor, you’re just a short walk from Peg Leg Pete’s, a favorite spot for fresh seafood and laid-back coastal vibes. The Pensacola Beach Boardwalk is close by and has shopping, dining, and live music in the summer! Ft Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a fun place for kids and adults to explore.

Probably best property we have ever rented. Direct beach access was great for gulf beach experience. Less than 1/2 mile drive to public Intercoastal beach for smaller waves and younger children. Unit is clean, well maintained and as advertised. Couldn’t ask for easier access. Would stay there again.

Parking was a bit tricky. There’s a house between this one and the ocean, but wonderful views regardless.
