Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen.
Yöllä heräsin voimakkaaseen savun hajuun. Pelästyin, että palaako hotellissa. Kävin käytävällä katsomassa, mutta siellä ei haissut. Savunhaju tuli viilennyslaitteen kautta.
Seinät ovat ohuet ja naapurihuoneesta kuuluu äänet helposti.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for the last night of our trip to Italy because of its convenient location near the airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. Check-in was quick, smooth, and efficient. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting to the airport.
One thing to keep in mind is that most of the staff speak very little English, so communication can sometimes be difficult for guests who do not speak Italian.
At the moment, the air-conditioning controls in the room are not working properly, so you need to call reception to turn the AC on or off or to adjust the temperature. When our room became too warm, we called reception and asked them to lower the temperature, as we had been instructed to do at check-in. At first, there was some difficulty understanding our request, but after we called again, a staff member came to our room and used a translation app to make sure they understood exactly what we needed, which we appreciated.
The hotel may also still be relatively unknown or new, as some taxi drivers seemed unfamiliar with the exact location. This made getting there slightly more difficult, including when trying to arrange a ride through Uber.

L’emplacement qui nécessite obligatoirement d’avoir une voiture.
Pas content du tout aussi de la proposition de « taxi » qui n’en était pas un et qui était complètement inadapté au besoin, voiture trop petite et très sale. Ça nous a fait garder une mauvaise impression de l’accueil alors que sur le reste c’était plutôt correct
