Simple place, in a good location, for a 1 night stay

The place could do with a freshen up. The ironing board didn't stay upright unfortunately. The coffee table position and size made it diffcult to walk around the room. The 2nd shower didn't have a screen. The Unit manual wasn't found so it was unclear what facilties were accessible and when. I also needed to text the owners to recieve the WIFI details. On the plus, the unit was available for early check in, the location was great, and it was nice to have a balcony for some fresh air.

Room for improvement but conveniently located .

Aesthetically pleasing . Close to everything convenient . Bed comfortable in main room . Coffee machine was great .

Absolute nightmare checking in and locating the place with no instructions or signage for anything . Elevators didn’t work properly in building . Condensation built up all over bedroom window overnight . 3rd bedroom was hot and zero airflow . Kept awake all night with constant loud buzzing noise no one could locate the origin of . Shower floods tiny bathroom with no screen . Need non slip mats in both showers as very slippery .

Disappointing but great location.

We arrived into the property at 10pm and had communicated the arrival time. We came with two children and had driven all the way from Sydney. There were no instructions on how to get in and there is no reception or even anyway to get into the property without the keys. The number on booking.com was to someone in Hobart who had no idea about the property and they then had to contact someone else who would then contact me. They would not give me a number to contact, there is no number on Google either. After multiple follow up calls to the person in Hobart we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a call from someone who knew anything who then pretended it was booking.coms fault for not sending us the check in process. The key pick up was from a convience store down the road. Once we got in the rooms were well decorated but very small. No space for our suitcases and no storage to put things in except for one room. The bathrooms were also tiny. The main bathroom is so small and the shower has no curtain so you get the whole bathroom wet having a shower. My family ended up using the showers in the gym as they were bigger and better. The space and the cooking facilities are not designed for groups. I also found the previous peoples socks by the bed in the main room. The gym and pool are great. Location is amazing with so many trams and trains very close. I would not recommend this for 6 people as advertised or for long stays. A small group for a short stay it is fine. No dryer either and the balcony is tiny so washing does not dry easily.
