The location is quite easily accessible. I used public transit which was fine. Lucy the host is a very warm and welcoming person. The bed was very comfortable. On a rating of good, better or best I would say best - had a wonderful restful time.
I mentioned a.couple.small things to Lucy.

Altogether it was not too bad.
I’d like to raise a complaint regarding the cleaning fees. I stayed there for two nights (without a linen change or room cleaning), but I was charged TWICE for cleaning—the amount was really high. I asked Lucy for a refund, but she referred me to the “manager.” So I wrote to her TWICE asking for a refund, but I didn’t receive a response. I have no choice but to report this unfair practice.
