Totul a fost perfect, am stat 4 nopti in luna de miere iar cei de la locatie ne au primit foarte frumos, chiar cu o decorare minunata a camerei. Facilitati foarte bune, hotelul este nou, intr o zona foarte linistita, la aprox 5min de centru, accesibil cu scuterul. Personalul minunat, atent si mereu zambitor. Micul dejun absolut minunat, iar cafeaua excelenta, au chiar si optiune de capuccino cu lapte de ovaz. M-as intoarce aici daca as reveni in lombok. Multumim mult pentru ospitalitate❤️

Tout ! L’hôtel était incroyable. Le personnel très disponible, la deco était magnifique. La journée d’excursion à Secrets Gili était juste magique.

Everything was extremely clean, they tidied the room several times a day and it was impeccable.
Amazing views, simple, exactly what you need. Makes you feel relaxed. Loved the breakfast as well.
Most importantly the employees were amazing, extremely kind and attentive, want to mention
Mila the Receptionist, Lya, Syafa, Olivia, Nadia, Diah the Restaurant team.

Il Kanalla Boutique Hotel è una struttura molto bella, nuova e curata, situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Kuta Lombok. Pur essendo vicino alla città, l’hotel è isolato, tranquillo e silenzioso: una vera oasi rispetto alla confusione di Kuta.
Lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche usufruito di un massaggio in camera, che è stato molto piacevole e rilassante. La struttura offre diversi servizi, tra cui il noleggio degli scooter. Da quanto abbiamo potuto notare non è presente un ascensore, ma il personale si occupa prontamente di trasportare i bagagli. Molto apprezzato l'autista con cui abbiamo potuto organizzare la nostra intera esperienza a Lombok. Cordiale, gentile, ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole.
L’unico vero punto debole è l’accesso: l’ultimo tratto di strada è completamente sterrato, con molte buche e dislivelli, e metteva spesso in difficoltà i nostri autisti. Inoltre, per raggiungere la reception bisogna percorrere una salita molto ripida. Sarebbe sicuramente utile migliorare la strada di accesso e rendere più agevole la salita verso il check-in.
Nel complesso, comunque, il nostro soggiorno è andato benissimo e consigliamo la struttura a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e uno staff davvero accogliente.
