The location.
Getting the keys for the apartment wasn't easy. The doorman who doesn't speak 1 word in English told us we weren't in the right place and we were about to leave until Oscar showed up last minute and gave us the digital key.
The carpet was dirty and very dusty. They have to change it.
Not enough pillows neither covers or towels knowing that we were a family of 4 members. I asked for more but they refused to provide more.

Chopping board with residues of previous meal.
Noise from the street (not great not terrible)
Confusion with the check in (although it was done prior to the arrival, I have received another reminder during the stay to do the check in otherwise my key will be deactivated and the provided link contained somebody else's data including portion of his credit card, document number, birthday).

无可挑剔的位置，就在巴特罗之家米拉之家步行可达的位置，1分钟到地铁站。入口非常宽敞明亮安全！公寓公共区域也很上档次。 物业团队也很专业，会提前联系，安排面对面讲解入住事宜。 房间装修布局都很合理，除了次卧稍微小了点但是也不是很大碍，可以把行李箱摊在客厅。 另外因为房间比较新，主卧还是有一些新装修的气味，但可以接受，相信不久这个问题就会消散！ 如果再来我还会选择这里！
