My husband and I spent a few days there during our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The place is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and excellent food. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We loved relaxing on the dock in the afternoons, soaking in the refreshing breeze after lunch or a swim (perfect spot to take a nap). The activities offered are great, and the prices are reasonable, including the food. NOTE: Please go snorkeling or scuba diving with Delio and his team - it was my first time (I was kind of struggling with the salty water up my nose), and they were super patient!! They were also very thorough showing us the pretty spots, teaching us about the fish, corals, etc - 10/10!
Another thing that we loved was to learn that the property is now managed by the local community. My husband and I are grateful to have been able to support their community by staying there. They’re doing an excellent job!
We also had the chance to explore the nearby “pueblito” in both directions (left and right), and we always felt very safe, even at night in the dark.
NOTE 2: be kind to the furry friends out there. If you can, buy some fresh water and food for them (there is no source of fresh water in the island so they have it rough). They were an amazing part of our experience as well!
We would definitely go back!

El trato del personal, el entorno natural, las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias
Todo genial del hotel, de las Islas Rosario en general, el tema de que las lanchas motoras circulan a gran velocidad super cerca de la playa, entonces nadar es peligroso y hay que mantenerse como en un corralito pegado al muelle de cada hotel

La struttura è molto bella e vicina al villaggio dove ci sono piccoli ristoranti e negozietti. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, avevamo prenotato una stanza che non corrispondeva a quella che ci hanno effettivamente assegnato e ci hanno cambiato stanza. La colazione era buona con una abbastanza scelta e la cena anche buona.
C'è una piattaforma con le sdraio sul mare ma sarebbe perfetto avere una scaletta di acciaio per entrare in acqua. Nelle stanze senza AC fa davvero caldo.

La localización, cerca del pueblo y con muelle propio.
La atención del staff (no de todos), pero la chica del check in es muy atenta y te ayuda en lo que puede.
El baño de la habitación tiene hormigas diariamente (grandes y pequeñas) siempre y en algunas ocasiones te las encuentras en la habitación y la cama.
Las instalaciones del hotel están descuidadas. Necesitan mantenimiento.
El aire acondicionado no enfría bien.
El desayuno es escaso y limitado.
Los precios del restaurante son altos, en comparación a los restaurantes del pueblo.
