Staff were friendly and the bar/restaurant area was nice and lively
First, the room I booked was not available even though the hotel was not that busy, so instead of a king bed we got a queen bed instead which was quite disappointing. No offer of anything to make up for the inconvenience at all, just an apology so I was already out of pocket. The lower floor where our room was smelled very musty and stale, and the room itself had a large wet spot on the floor right in the center of the room where the AC in the ceiling was dripping. The AC itself was quite noisy.
