Such a good location for a function at Lanercost Village Hall and breakfast the next morning at the Tea Rooms. And also near a bus stop to connect to nearby towns and cities , and many options for countryside walks. Lovely house and luxury furnishings, very clear communications and check-in process - and enjoyed a quick chat with Di who was warm on messages and in person, too

A great find, located close to the Priory. Lovely big en suite room with a garden view. Friendly owner offered me a choice of rooms and somewhere to store my bike. I'd stay again if in the area
Not much, but the bed felt a bit worn out. No pub or shop in the village, but tearoom is open in the day

very well presented room in a beautiful house and location
as I was walking hadrians wall, the only way I could access any food that night would have been to get a taxi into the local town, this is not a criticism it is just something that impacted me
$$$$
