We had an amazing staff. Staff are lovely and even made us a care package for our next destination. Would highly recommend!

Excellent property. One of the best customer service experienced in a long time. Great rooms and facility. Great check in and check out. Excellent breakfast and really good spa. Highly recommend this place.
Location is also excellent and close to all the best parts of the city.
Nothing, everything was great here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar for sundowners. Great location for walking to the lake but a quieter neighbourhood (with a few great coffee/tea places). Restaurant was really good especially on night 1 when we had just arrived. Would go straight back.
Very little.

The hotel itself was very nice.
We just had constant issues with our time there. Incorrect treatments, they forced us to take a car to the airport which they provided us with that we had to wait 45 minutes for instead of the 5 we would’ve had to have waited for a grab. As such we got to the airport 2 hours before our flight and due to delays in security (hotel staff recommended us three hours before departure due to this being common), we weren’t able to eat and therefore didn’t get dinner all night
