New room, decent facilities in the room.
Bus stop nearby to get to tube station or walk through the local park for alternative line.
A lot has been invested and work goes on so don't book for views.
Multiple locks, while the hi-tech bedroom one failed to operate and needed to call for assistance to get in to the room.
Wardrobe, the hanging rail is too low for dresses, which my partner brought with her.
Smart new kitchen, but none of the appliances can be used???
It was OK, but would probably choose a location nearer to the Tube in future.
One of the few locations requiring a security deposit too.

Very clean and nicely furnished.
Residential location on a main road so a little noisy. From the Dollis Hill tube it’s approximately a 25 minute walk through a very lovely park. Maybe not great late at night?

Even though there were renovations going on it was still very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit in the room, which was very useful! Everything was finished to a high standard and there is a nice view of the London skyline from the loft landing area. There are 8 rooms in total, and with a large kitchen, great for large groups of people too.
Although it wasn’t relevant to our stay, having a tv in the room would be nice.
There was nothing not to like.

Garden Hill View is well located in an area which is easily accessible with trains or buses. The room is so clean and newly constructed and the bed is so comfortable. Staffs are so friendly as well!!
