The location itself was great. It's a nice quiet area. There was a park with a walking path just a cross the street. My husband and I managed to squeeze in a couple of walks before we left.
I Stayed here for 1 night. My mistake was not realizing this was an airbnb. I have never booked online and I was under pressure.
We walked in, and there was a man sitting on a couch watching TV, and because I didn't realize this is an airbnd, I was startled. We made our way upstairs. The room was large enough for a queen size bed. The small fridge did provide bottles of water, pop, and small chocolate candies. The room was clean. We obtained a parking permit for visitors parking from the man living at the residence.
The house rules were respected. I was nervous about coming back at 12am, after a Blue Jays game because we respectfully had to be quiet from 10pm to 8am. Which was part of the house rules. At 12:30am a loud house alarm of some sorts went off , followed by multiple loud bangs and cracks coming from downstairs. The alarm lasted about 5 seconds and the banging was every few seconds to every few minutes until 1am. I was honestly fearing the worst. My husband was confused, but calmed me down. We also heard a bunch of noise downstairs in the kitchen at 6:30am, it sounded like dishes. It lasted until about 8am when we left.
I would recommend this location.

Property was clean and hosts were welcoming. I gave it best rating for this reason
Room was not really well furnished. It must have a table and one or two chairs. Washroom latch was misaligned and wasn't locking. Room door could have a security bolt in addition to lock for child safety. Parking instructions were vague and not enough visitors Parking spots available. All street parking is by permit only that shall have to be indicated in property description. The host shall more clearly describe the parking situation.

Great place to stay at, the hosts were nice and friendly, the room ans bathroom were clean, shampoo, toothbrushes ans toothpaste were provided as well as clean towels and a hairdryer. It was easy to check in and out, and there's a big park nearby where you can walk, bike, workout or relax.
