The price was amazing for the great accommodation we had.
It had everything we needed and was clean.

The property looked very new, nicely decorated.
The open, wet room style bathroom flooded on both occasions we used it. Within moments of turning on the shower, water quickly spread across the whole floor, and started seeping onto the carpet in the room, which was still damp from the previous stay. Looks like a known about issue, as there was a squeegee mop in there.
There was also, on both nights a lorry being loaded, very loudly for at least half an hour - possibly waste collection for the yard where the hotel is based. The reverse beeps went on for an age, before the loading started. It arrived at 1am the first night and 11pm the second.
Finally, it was mentioned that there were stairs to get up to the property, but I think it would be helpful to more explicitly state how many flights, as not being an issue for us, it certainly would be for some.
