Ce que nous avons le plus aimé c’était le personnel et surtout Vya qui a été adorable du début jusqu’à la fin, elle nous a donné pleins de superbes recommandations ( contact pour louer un scooter, contact d’un driver pour aller à Tetebatu, restaurants,activités ..) à Kuta et grâce à elle nous avons adoré notre séjour. Cet hôtel à vraiment de la chance de l’avoir, elle est exceptionnelle.
Petit soucis d’eau chaude juste un matin mais rien de grave et c’est aussi assez bruyant le soir.

Het personeel, met name Via het meisje van de receptie was abnormaal behulpzaam, vriendelijk en zo lief. Ze hielp je met alles en stond altijd voor je klaar ze was heel warm en verwelkomend♥️ daarnaast zag de kamer er geweldig uit met name het uitzicht

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal war Spitze, professionell und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Bad gab es keine Glaswand oder einen Schutz, dass das Wasser beim Duschen innerhalb eine Stelle bleibt. Nach dem Duschen war das ganze Badezimmer komplett nass

The room was nice, ac is nice as well
No fridge, and too close from mosque so you’re awake at 5am, bed not that comfortable
