Stromness has so much to see just within walking distance. Great base for visiting other sites

Un emplacement au cœur de stromness à deux pas du port avec le sentiment d’être dans une ancienne maison orcadienne parfaitement restaurée.
Il faut la chercher un petit peu dans le vieux quartier de Stromness, ce qui accentue son charme

This is a lovely place to stay.
I was working at the County Show and finished the day exhausted, cold and wet.
This wee place has everything you need to make you feel at home and comfy. The host even left supplies for a hot cup of tea and Orkney oatcakes and cheese which were very welcome.
At night its dark and very quiet even though it's in central Stromness.
There's everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - I'll definitely be back when I'm on holiday next time. I'd have stayed longer if they had availability.
Honestly, nothing, I was sad to leave.
