Beautiful location, quiet, and a hiking trail/map to explore the property. I had cell service in the wall tent, and the owners were very accommodating and welcoming, showing the property features, explaining the ‘camping’ procedures and facilities. The bed and furniture were so comfortable, everything was clean and thoughtfully furnished.
Even without running water, they had ample water available for washing and drinking. There was a coffee press, grill, stove, and outdoor eating area, all under a protective roof. It truly was an upscale ‘glamping’ experience, especially sitting on the front porch overlooking the lake.
I was hoping for some electricity, but again, it is camping. I know I could have asked the owners, and they would have let me charge my phone up at the main house. The in-tent papers also referenced refrigerator access up in their garage, but I chose to not bother them and instead enjoy the views and solitude.
