We had a wonderful stay at Soma Kagurazaka and would absolutely come back. The property is beautifully designed, spotless, comfortable, and feels both stylish and incredibly welcoming. The location is fantastic—Kagurazaka is such a charming neighbourhood, with great restaurants, cafés and easy access to the rest of Tokyo, while still feeling peaceful and residential.
What really stood out was the thoughtfulness behind the entire stay. Everything was well organised, the space was extremely comfortable, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home rather than just another hotel. It was also very convenient for our family, and we appreciated having a calm, comfortable place to return to after long days exploring Tokyo.
The team was warm, responsive and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. Soma is one of those places you are genuinely happy to recommend—beautiful, comfortable, well located and exceptionally well run. A fantastic find in Tokyo and definitely somewhere we would stay again.
Very little to fault. If anything, we simply wished we could have stayed longer!

部屋がとっても綺麗 入った瞬間からエアコンが効いていた テレビもスマートテレビで良かった
チェックインがしづらすぎる
チェックインのために、名簿を記入しなければならないが、各々編集するとすでに記入したものが消えていく。
日本人だが、運転免許証とクレカをメンバー全員登録しなくては行けない。運営に問い合わせると、必須ではないとの良いとの答えが返ってきたが、結局必須項目なので入力しないと次へ進めない。
チェックインできないので電話しても繋がらない。最初の音声案内がめちゃくちゃ長い上に、繋がらなくて腹が立つ
