Our third-floor room felt modern, and had a lot of unique personality, including plenty of switches and dials to custom-adjust the warm lighting. The location is excellent—just one block away from Yotsuya Station on a quiet street—and the self check-in process was very easy. Had a few instances where I needed to connect with the staff and they were very responsive. Bathroom had a ton of counter space and drawers to keep things out of the way.
The balcony is there, but is not really usable as you'd be sitting directly in front of a giant fan unit, at least for this room. Additionally, the garbage drawers and bins definitely need to be thoroughly cleaned, as they smelled quite strongly of old food and fish upon our arrival.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores just a few steps away and the nearby station makes it easy to explore Tokyo.
The only thing that let the property down was the cleanliness. The apartment felt dusty, the sofa had several stains, and the carpet had quite a few black marks. It wasn't enough to ruin our stay, but it did make the apartment feel less clean than expected.
Overall, it's a lovely place in a great location, and with a more thorough clean it would easily deserve a perfect score.

Washer dryer was a nice touch. Aesthetics were cute as well
A bit hard to find. Yotsuya is a very local town and if your plan was to stay close to the action but not be in it ginza is a better option.
