I can’t even describe this property in words, this was by far the greatest hotel I stayed at. It was my Birthday during the trip and it was my favorite highlight. The greatest food, staff, hotel room, and location I’ve ever experienced. I will be returning when I come back to Japan

First impression when arriving at reception on 36th floor (at 9pm) was WOW! Rooms were amazing, attention to detail fantastic. Everything feels brand new. The panoramic views from reception and the rooms are at the same level as the famed Tokyo Skytree (no need to stand in long queues for the view) . Staff amazingly helpful and ultra polite. Enjoyed great evenings in the restaurants and especially the stunning bar. Big thank you to all especially the ladies and gentlemen on the late night bar shift, especially young Lady named "Dream" (name translated from Japanese).

Top of the line luxury. Room was immaculate. Has every amenity you can think of. Remote controlled curtains, bathroom blinds. Nothing I'd change about the stay. Great view, great spa. Conveniently located very close to the metro station.
Front desk staff very friendly and spoke English.
Nothing to complain about. It's located in a large tower. Interesting that you have to go up an elevator to the lobby, but then you take a different elevator to go down to the floors where guest rooms are located.

Would not recommend if you are at all sensitive to room air temperature.
The air conditioning was ineffective, and the room was quite warm at night even with the A/C set to maximum. This was made even worse by the mattress which was some sort of heat-retaining foam. My wife who is not normally sensitive to heat also had a miserable night from this. This was in April, where outside air is mild, but the windows do not open.
Their housekeeping/facilities was unhelpful, bringing a fan and telling me this level of A/C strength was normal and the same in all rooms. To avoid a second night of misery, we moved to the Grand Hyatt, where the A/C was fine, and they agreed to give us a 50% refund.
Hotel was otherwise fine.
