The friendliness and accessibility of the staff, as well as how respectful they are of guests and each other. The concierge was so helpful with shipping our luggage from this hotel to another in Osaka.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Amazing food and service. Japanese breakfast is perfect.
Easy to navigate the city and subway from here.
The desserts were wonderful but the prices were high based on the ingredients.

Large room locatedd at the 92nd floor, overviewing the parlament and the Imperial Gardens.
Metro station in the hotel basement.
Extra fees for the sento.

The location is perfect, room is well designed and staff is so friendly.

Amenities
The staff doesn’t speak English and unfortunately offers very little assistance. This hotel is not suitable for guests with dietary restrictions, as they are not accommodating in that regard.
For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable and far below what one would expect from a hotel in this category.
