The "Executive Zen " section of the hotel is easily the best deal in Tokyo because the hotel as a whole has a great variety of facilities while the Exec Zen rooms offer deep luxury not fashionable bits and pieces

The staff was excellent. The room was spectacular. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff did their best to meet customers needs. Zen house club service was excellent and super friendly. Definetly would like to stay again.
