The room was a lot larger than usual in Tokyo. Washing machine was also a plus
As the hotel is on the side of a busy street full of night life, you can hear people’s conversations and partying quite clearly

Great location close to plenty of restaurants and subway station. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Nice view on skyscrapers. A small terrace with a table and chairs, great for eating breakfast!
The room was small. The terrace was great in the morning but smelled of restaurants kitchen in the evening.

Good location, friendly staff,
Only thing we didn’t like for all people in the room they only had one bathroom. Understand this is how the rooms were built but it’s inadequate. Apart from this for the location in the middle of the city the facility was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful.

Location
Room had a strong unpleasant smell, carpet was dirty, and the toilet smelled like sewage. The TV was also not a smart TV
