初めてこのタイプのホテルに宿泊しましたが良かったです。

共同キッチンの設備がバルミューダや無印良品で揃えられていて、素敵でした。

共同キッチンがあまり清掃されてない様子で、コンロや水廻り、台の上などの汚れや埃が気になりました。

Séjour agréable et emplacement calme proche du centre.

L’amabilité du personnel, la propreté.

L’étroitesse des chambres, les premiers étages sont sombres dues à la proximité des murs d’autres immeubles.

Fantastic!! Thank you!

The location was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great to have a washing machine in the room as well as the little kitchen and refridgerator.

The room was very noisy at night and in the early morning. And it was cold. The heat pump did not really work well to heat the room.

Central location with fair staying conditions

Surprisingly spacious (built for self-service) room with small terrace. The terrace not had a great view but was the first location in Japan (out of four i stayed over 3 weeks) with such available space. Although one could see the signs of intensive usage (of customers) the room was in decent condition with comfortable bed and no unpleasant surprises with the consumables (clean sheets, towels, etc)

大人3名、子ども2名に対応していたこと、部屋の広さがちょうど良かった。

提携駐車場が欲しかった。電子レンジは各部屋にほしかった。

もう行くことはないかな。

ロケーションは良かったです。荷物も預かってもらえました。

部屋に入った途端に子どもも自分も痒くなりました。ソファーベッドは中央に段差があり寝心地は最悪です。隣の部屋からトイレの流す音もばっちりきこえてきました。

Great location- very convenient and amazing choices of restaurants.

The location, accessibility to the train lines and food eateries, restaurants is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful- the hotel was sufficient for a no frills city stay, clean though the room is bit small but that is expected for Tokyo.

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs all over her neck and and feet at areas her skin was expose while sleeping.

料金を考えたらこんなものかな

スタッフの対応はスムーズで良かったです。 2段ベッドも使えるようになっていたので子供達は喜んでいました。

寝具やタオル類はあちこちにシミがあったりして清潔感はなかったです。ユニットバスはカビ臭かったし排水の流れも良くなかったです。

will be better off choosing other hotels nearby

used to have dispenser drinks for free and goodies for kids at the lobby, and thats why we came back. No more free drinks and coffee or icy treats during summer anymore.

Everything is good with that hotel!!!

The location is good, plenty restaurants around, near the underground train station and the staff’s are friendly and helpful.

The room they gave us is very tight and small!!!The room is a bit expensive for the size of it. Because the last time we were there in 2019 they gave us a big room.

Great for Family of 5

It was a perfect stay for a family of 5. Stayed with my husband and three children (9, 7, and 5). Layout of room works well. Very quiet and lots of restaurants near by.

The rooms were slightly run down with stains on carpet. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean.

the location was great.m, easy access to many convenient stores and dining options. room was clean. the staff were helpful.

Wifi in the room was weak to non existent. room service not consistent: some days no water bottles, other days no green tea bags. No bath tub and utensils need to be rented, which defeat the purpose of a residential apt.

Our second time here. First time with our son. We love it here. The location, the staffs, the facility, the room, the balcony, the service was all great. Hope to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo! Thank you.

Exceptional

I love every bits of the hotel, I booked for 5 of us(2 adults, 1 elder, 1 toddler and 1 6 years old) for a room, and the room is more spacious than what I had expected. They got a kitchen sink, washing machine. I took the option without the housekeeping but because I stayed more than 5 days, they gave me a free housekeeping in between. They also offered me to store my luggage for a night which I didn't stay with them as I was doing a excursion from Tokyo. Highly recommended. Lively place to live in. They provided us sufficient towel. Would book again in the future.

Disappointing

The poor WI-FI. I couldn't work via zoom and the other family members couldn't enjoy even the movie by their own computers.
