Have stayed previously and again exceeded expectation with extraordinary staff who are attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble . The rooms are big and comfortable. Lovely roof bar. A very calm and quiet environment.

The staff were amazing
It would benefit from having a separate area where guests can relax outside of their room as the reception area is rather small.
