La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de la playa de surf Zurriola, a escasos minutos del Kursaal, muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. El barrio me gustó, porque no se siente petado de turismo, puedes calibrar cómo vive la gente "normal". El edificio es tranquilo y la habitación grande y cómoda.
Hubo cierta desconexión en las instrucciones para entrar cuando llegué, pero se pudo solucionar correctamente. El precio es adecuado, pero sólo si se tiene en cuenta que los alojamientos son cada vez más caros en la ciudad. Podían considerar colocar una pequeña nevera, supongo que no lo hacen para no elevar la factura de electricidad.
