About this bed and breakfast
I am renting a room with a double bed and private bathroom in my apartment in Prati. You will have access to the entire home, including the fully equipped kitchen. There is a cleaning fee for the private bathroom and an additional charge for sheets, towels, and shampoo, which I always provide as a welcome, with weekly replacements. The Prati area is very central and quiet. The OTTAVIANO metro is a 7-minute walk away, and LEPANTO is 15 minutes away. There is a bike path just a few meters from the house, bus connections, and a taxi stand 2 minutes away on foot.
The room has its own private bathroom, and the apartment is 96 square meters. There are two other rooms; I live in one of them with my small dog, who is very friendly with guests. I always try to give you the best tips on where to shop and eat, avoiding tourist traps.
You can use the whole apartment, do your shopping, and cook. The kitchen has basic breakfast items (coffee, tea, toast, butter, jam), but I do not buy fresh breakfast every day: you are free to shop and cook as you wish during your stay.
I will always personally welcome you whenever possible and offer advice on shopping, dining, and more. A lockbox is available for check-in if I cannot be present.
