• Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 10:00 AM. Self check-in by door code.
• The pool is a shared community pool, dawn to dusk. No lifeguard — swim at your own risk. Shower off before entering, no beach sand, no glass in the pool area or on the deck, no pets, no smoking, no horseplay, no unsupervised children under 14.
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere — inside, patio, or pool area.
• No pets. This is a strict HOA rule, not a preference.
• The thermostat is restricted to protect the A/C system in the Florida heat. It will keep the home comfortable.
• Please shake sand off outside before bringing towels or clothes in — sand destroys the washer.
• 1 assigned parking space; a second car can use an unmarked space. Please don't block anyone in.
• Trash goes in the dumpster outside, recycling cans beside it.
• This is a residential beach community, not a resort. Please treat it that way.
• There's no lifeguard on this stretch of beach. Watch children closely.
