I left a note for the staff in appreciation. The house was amazing. The appliances were very new looking. Very clean and well stocked with necessities and everything worked. I liked the welcome touch of wine with cheese and crackers.

The lockbox code didn’t work but this was resolved quickly on a call with a staff member. The low lying tree branch could be a dangerous liability - maybe a larger sign or let clients know in a welcome letter.
