Rooms were freshly painted and all new to be expected as only opened 2 weeks ago.
This is not a hotel !! This is more of a guest house and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Over priced.
Our rooms were on the top floor which was 3-4 flights of stairs. I wasn't too pleased to find people smoking weed outside the HMO house next door.

The location is good. I think when it’s been up and running a bit longer it will be a good place to say for the money x
The location is good. It was nice and clean and tidy inside in general. but you could tell it’s new checking in and out was a bit awkward he had to come up my telly as it wasn’t done x and there was no Wi-Fi x Butt on the hole I think eventually it’ll be quite good x

The location is great just of the sea front, the room was nice for the price, decent bathroom, the kids enjoyed it that the main thing
Once it’s finished and been open longer the reviews will get better. The paint smell in the room was very strong. The noise at night inside the building until 1-2am. The gap around the door letting the hall light that seems to come on every 60 seconds into the room, carnt get in after 12 lucky we was back in time, no toilet roll, went shop at 9am had to leave the mat in the door so we could get back in, pillows are awful. It’s not finished yet, and the neighbours hate on this place not sure why had two neighbours moan about it while we was waiting for 10mins to check in.
