Door rattled in strong wind on first night, bed was a bit tight in room meaning access to bed sides was poor

Great location and great themed rooms. Lovely staff and free parking is a bonus so close to the seafront. Bigger fridge with tea, coffee and even longlife milk there for us, lovely touch
Our 3rd year at this property but had a different room on this occasion. Love the kids have their own room but ours was slightly small, that’s the only criticism

The hotel was lovely and expected.
The hotel itself was lovely and as expected.
The location was terrible and wouldn't want to stay on that particular road ever again, close to sea front yes, but there were cars driving up and down all hours, people outside shouting early hours, awful guests staying upstairs being noisy.
It's a shame because we liked the hotel but won't stay there ever again
