Staff friendly & helpful,location for transport & amenities,room was great with a seaview,nothing too much trouble to help me as I've got mobility issues
Unfortunately the lift was not working,so I had to use the staircase but it was only one flight

Location was perfect and the view from our window of the sea was beautiful
My experience in staying wasn't the problem the problem was what I was witnessing was happening in reception people arriving with bookings and not having them granted and I mean family's with disabled children elders with a dog who had travelled for 8 hours they had paid 100's for a week stay and was told no we have to refund you and you have to find elsewhere at 9oclock at night and some arriving even later to be told the same that I honestly thought was outrageous and what I witnessed was gut wrenching apart from that the room itself was standard the bed had a stain on as soon as we walked in and the window was cracked the floor boards are pathetically squeaky and its a workout itself to get to your room on the deadly steps we had 57 steps to climb to our floor and the lift wasn't working the staff on reception was friendly but was useless in problem sorting and solving i cant comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but it smelt good

Location
Dirty floors rugs, toilet, window, keitle .All sounds heard from nexts room, or stairs .Staff open doors and coming in a room, i been inside.I said what his doing in my room?His said sorry and closed doors.Horrible.
