I did a solo trip and the space was perfect for a single body. The accommodation is roughly a 10-12 min walk away from Higashi-Nakano station, but I enjoyed being in the neighborhood and walking around. So if you like that kinda stuff then it's worth a stay. A Family Mart was also conveniently close by for being in the middle of a neighborhood. I should say that the space is typical Japanese sized so comparatively to American studios it is small, but I found it comfortable for me.
I'm a simple guy so I didn't find anything particular that I didn't like.
