Guests have exclusive access to the entire boat, including the private cabin, queen berth, full galley, bathroom with shower, salon lounge, cockpit seating, swim platform, and bow seating areas. Complimentary parking is included. Guests may also enjoy marina amenities, including the docks, private beach, tiki hut picnic area, restrooms, hot showers, and freshwater hookups. The private marina restroom/shower building is available using the provided access code provided in your check-in instructions. The boat remains securely docked throughout your stay and is not operated by guests.

You may experience gentle movement from the tides, wind, or passing boats, which is a normal part of staying on the water. One well-behaved pet is welcome with your reservation. Please use caution when boarding, as docks may be wet or slippery. Please note: As with most boats, the onboard bathroom and plumbing operate differently than a traditional home.
