The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with two single beds that can be joined together to form an extra-large double bed, offering flexibility for different types of stays. A wall-mounted TV, elegant décor, and large windows that fill the room with natural light create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and ample storage space, while a washing machine is also available for your convenience, making the apartment ideal for both short and longer stays. Fresh towels are provided for your comfort.

Step outside onto the private patio, where a wooden dining set and comfortable seating area create the perfect space for al fresco meals, a morning coffee, or simply relaxing with a good book.

A charming and comfortable house in Ribeira Seca, Ribeira Grande, on the beautiful north coast of São Miguel Island. Ideally located, guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the area while being just minutes away from the historic center of Ribeira Grande, with its cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

The house is also close to some of the island's most stunning natural attractions, including the black-sand beaches of Monte Verde and Santa Bárbara, a paradise for surfers and nature lovers. Guests can easily explore the breathtaking volcanic landscapes of Lagoa do Fogo, the Caldeira Velha Natural Reserve, and the island's numerous hiking trails and scenic viewpoints.

It's the perfect base for experiencing the natural beauty, outdoor adventures, and authentic charm of São Miguel and the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car and bus.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the property, offering regular connections to Ponta Delgada city centre, Lagoa, and other parts of São Miguel Island.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
