This ocean front resort sits along the tranquil shores of Craig Bay & features stunning ocean & coastal views. The hotel-style studio offers a queen bed and a pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. This ground-floor suite is filled with natural light creating a welcoming space to unwind & enjoy a resort stay right at the ocean`s edge. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities.

Oceanside Garden Studio Suite B is located on the ground floor of the 700 Building. Pacific Shores Resort offers breathtaking sunsets, sweeping mountain views, and the serene beauty of the west coast.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests; 1 queen bed and a queen pull-out sofa.

Your stay includes access to the resort amenities; pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, shared BBQ`s, and fire tables.

Pool/beach towels are stored in the suite for guests to use during their stay.

The suite has a similar layout to a hotel room and includes; TV, queen bed, and a comfortable couch that is perfect for relaxing.

The bathroom has a glass enclosed shower; no bathtub. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The suite includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee machine, and a mini fridge. Complimentary regular brew coffee pods and sugar are provided. The suite does not include a kitchen, stove, sink, or separate living space.

Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered patio furnished with a table and chairs.

If you are looking to accommodate up to 6 people, Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king bed, queen pull-out, and a bathroom with a glass enclosed shower; no bath tub. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. Please contact us for more details.

713 B is located on the ground floor of the 700 building.

713 B has a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Guests can use the elevator from the underground parkade or the walkway at the front of the building to access the suite.

Parking: There is free parking under the building or in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the building. There is no assigned parking.

Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

Suite 713 B is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management. We offer long term stays.

Guests will correspond with the Host and with members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the patio. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

Please refrain from playing loud music on the patio to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Noise Notice:
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites.

Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

No Pets Allowed.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per resort regulations.

Pool/Beach Towels:
Towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply towels to guests.

Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.

Supplies:
A few basic supplies are provided to get you started on your stay.

Access to the mail box is not available to guests.
