The Space:
Welcome to your private retreat in beautiful La Jolla. Newly remodeled and thoughtfully decorated, this charming casita offers a bright, comfortable space paired with incredible outdoor living—all just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops and everything La Jolla has to offer.
Inside, the open layout feels fresh and inviting, with warm coastal touches and plenty of natural light. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen bed, while the living room includes a brand-new sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to four guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to dinner at home, and a private washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.
Large doors open directly to the private outdoor living area, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor feel. Dine outside under the umbrella, fire up the BBQ for an afternoon cookout, or settle into the spacious outdoor sectional around the fire pit as the sun goes down. String lights create a beautiful atmosphere in the evenings and make this space especially inviting after a day at the beach.
Just off the sleeping area, a separate private patio features comfortable chaise lounges surrounded by greenery and peekaboo ocean views—the perfect spot for morning coffee, a good book or simply relaxing in the California sunshine.
The casita is located on the same property as a main residence but is completely separate and designed for privacy, with its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor spaces. There are no shared living or outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the casita as their own private La Jolla getaway.

Getting Around:
A dedicated driveway parking space for one vehicle makes exploring La Jolla and greater San Diego easy. There is a bus line at the bottom of the street for easy access to Public Transportation. La Jolla Shores, local restaurants, shops and some of the area's most beautiful coastline are just a short drive away. From here, you'll also have convenient access to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Torrey Pines and other popular San Diego destinations.
Other Things to Note:
- Parking: 1 parking space is available on the driveway behind the covered car. East Driveway
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.
- Pets allowed for a fee - $150 per pet, max of 2 pets.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
