Step into a warm and inviting space, starting with a light-filled living room where a comfy sofa and TV set the scene for unwinding. Just beside it, the dining area seats four (with room to add two more chairs), making it easy to gather for meals together. A sunny gallery with a washing machine keeps laundry simple during your stay.
The kitchen may be compact, but it's stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to get creative in the kitchen.
Down the hallway, the main bedroom awaits — a bright and peaceful spot thanks to its classic Barcelona-style balcony. The two interior bedrooms offer plenty of space and quiet, ideal for a good night's rest.
The bathroom is equipped with a functional shower and a hairdryer, covering all your essentials.
A quick note: the hot water system is built for efficient, sustainable use. If you're a larger group, it works best to stagger showers a bit — just like in most homes — so everyone gets a warm one.

Check‑in is available from 3:00 PM, always subject to availability and prior confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need a different time.
To make you feel at home from the very first moment, you will find a basic welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag.
If during your stay you need extra cleaning or a change of bed linen, just let us know and we will organize it for a small additional charge.
We want to keep the apartment in the best condition for everyone, so smoking is not allowed inside. If any smoke smell or residue (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) is detected, a minimum charge of €200 will be applied.
For stays longer than 30 nights, we include responsible use of utilities with a €80 limit, designed to keep consumption balanced.
Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights).
Extras available during your stay:
Additional keys: €20 (subject to availability, also in case of loss or door opening)
Extra cleaning with change of bed linen: same cost as the standard cleaning
Additional linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, for example if the sofa bed is used)
