1. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
- Maximum occupancy is 5 guests(sleeps 3).
- For everyone's safety and to comply with local regulations, only guests included on the reservation may be at the home.
2. NO PETS, SMOKING, PARTIES, OR EVENTS
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours to ensure a comfortable stay for neighbors and fellow residents.
4. ENJOY THE HOME
- You'll have full access to the private Unit A.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own.
- The outdoor area and beach amenities are shared with the guests at the other units
- For everyone's security, please don't share access codes with anyone outside your reservation.
6. TRASH & CLEANLINESS
- Please dispose of waste properly and avoid leaving trash inside at checkout.
1. HOW TO ENTER
- Enter through the white gate.
- Your front door is immediately next to the garage.
- Locate the black lockbox on the front door knob. Look for the white sticker.
2. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- Press the two grips on the sides of the lockbox down.
- Enter your code.
- Push the small button inside with the white arrow pointing down.
- Retrieve the key inside and unlock the door.
- The first grated white door pulls open.
- The second main door pushes in.
- Take the keys inside, or return them to the lockbox and scramble the code.
- Always scramble the code after use.
3. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- Lock the door upon exit.
- Return the key to the lockbox.
- Scramble the code.
