The Space:

This 543 sq ft studio sits on the 9th floor of ESJ Towers in Isla Verde, Carolina — a building set directly on the sand, so the beach is just steps from the lobby. Inside you'll find 2 full beds and a sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a dedicated work area, plus a private balcony with ocean and airport views. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. The building offers 24/7 on-site security, and the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel next door adds a casino open daily from 10 AM to 4 AM.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy direct beach access, with the beach gate open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. Beach chairs and towels are provided for use during your stay. Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM, and you're welcome to store luggage free of charge in the lobby before check-in and after checkout. The room has a designated Parking space. The lobby has a coffee shop and bar, along with a gym and a game room. There is no pool (under renovation). There is no washer or dryer in the unit; token-operated laundry is available in the building.



The Neighborhood:

Isla Verde is one of the best-known beach districts on the island — a wide stretch of sand lined with restaurants, cafés, casinos, and nightlife. A 24/7 market is about a 10-minute walk, and with the Fairmont El San Juan right next door, dining and entertainment are steps from your door.



Getting Around:

You're about 5 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Everything is close: roughly 10 minutes to the Convention District, 15 minutes to Old San Juan, The Mall of San Juan, the Cruise Ship Port, and Plaza Las Américas, 25 minutes to the Bacardí Rum Distillery, and 35 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and Fajardo. Taxis and rideshare are easy to find throughout Isla Verde.

IMPORTANT

⚠️ TEMPORARY WATER RATIONING — A regional water supply disruption is affecting the entire San Juan metro area, including all hotels and residences. ESJ Towers is on a rationing schedule: water is available 7–9 AM, 12–2 PM, and 7–9 PM only, and suspended outside those hours. The gym and laundry facility are closed during this period. We ask guests to use water conservatively. Updated Aug 2026. This situation is regional and entirely outside our control.



There is no early check-in or late check-out. Guests who need a late check-out must pay for an additional night.



Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. If there are any signs of smoking in the unit, a smoking fee of $100 will apply.



Since there is no on-site housekeeping, each guest is provided with 2 towel sets for the stay. Each set includes one body towel, one hand towel, one face towel, and one beach towel. There is no mid-stay replenishment, and linens are not serviced mid-stay. Additional towel sets are available for $50 each, and the used towels must be returned in exchange for the new ones.



If there is any damage to the unit or its contents, a damage fee of $100 will apply. Damage includes, but is not limited to: towels or linens that are ripped, stained (including makeup stains), or otherwise damaged; broken equipment; lost items; broken glass or windows; stained walls; chipped, faded, or damaged paint; and anything else not left in the condition it was in at check-in. If the cost to repair or replace the damaged items exceeds $100, you will be charged the full replacement value.



If there are power outages in the area, please note the building's generator covers common areas and elevators, but the unit is not connected to it, and restoration depends on the utility company — in that event, we WON'T offer refunds.
