You’ll stay in a 3-room vacation home for up to 4 people, approx. 45–50 m², 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sleeping loft accessible via a ladder for children ages 5 and up, living room, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, shower/toilet, storage room, terrace, cable TV. Includes a travel crib and high chair.
Since April 2023, this vacation home has been under new ownership and has since been extensively renovated both inside and out and completely refurnished. Look forward to a modern, well-maintained, and cozy home for your vacation in Öfingen. The 2-room vacation home is situated in a beautiful location in the upper rows of the vacation village and offers space for up to four people in approximately 44 m² of living space. The cozy living area is furnished to a high standard and features a comfortable seating area, a floor lamp and a reading lamp, cable TV, a compact stereo system, and a book and glass cabinet. Modern vinyl flooring enhances the well-maintained character of the house. The separate bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The window has a roller shade for comfortable blackout. Here, too, carpet was deliberately omitted. Two additional sleeping spots are located in a cozy sleeping alcove with two single beds—a lovely retreat for younger guests. The completely renovated kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The modern dining area is integrated directly into the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Ample storage space, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer provide additional comfort. The partially covered terrace features four chairs, a table, a parasol, and two lounge chairs—ideal for a cozy breakfast or relaxing outdoors. In the separate storage room, you’ll find a travel crib and a high chair, as well as an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and other practical items. A loading zone is located directly across from the house and can be used for convenient loading and unloading. The regular parking space is located about 100 meters above the vacation home. The vacation home is a smoke-free property and is equipped with smoke detectors. Pets are not allowed.
