The location of the hostel is perfect

Samir is the best and knows the best place in Lisbon for food. Very helpful staff and made my stay 10/10. The location of the hostel is perfect because it is close to bairo alto.

Pleasant

The beds were wide and big and large space inbetween beds. The rooms are tall and airy.

It would be nice to provide bath towel and the bed covers can be little better.

The guy doesn’t pick up his calls, they make you do a deposit according to the number of nights you are staying.

The bathroom was clean

was not clear that was a shared room with multiple persons , says only share with 1 , also very rude the front desk , dont give towel,, ans the bed smell

Would not recomend at all.

First I was put in a dormitory room in the basement with no windows, no air..some of the beds were actually on the floor! Bathroom was not clean. After I complained they put me in some ‘room’ in the attic, that was still under reconstruction, the room had no door, just the curtain! However it was clean. But it was very uncomfortable feeling and it was very loud, you could hear everything, from nosy street outside to people walking the stairs.

False Advertisement. The rooms were not clean, lockers were too small.

Property have a beautiful view.

Property was not clean at all. maintenance work was going on. Too much noise. Very less ventilation and a crowded place.

Big spacious room, private , in a really good location.

Great location, big room with large windows opposite a really cool rooftop bar. Short walk from bars metros restaurants

Wasn’t prepared to pay a €50 deposit but after checking , the hostel did mention this in the fine print on booking.com. You can pay by card but will be subject to fees from their bank.

Simple, comfortable, and clean.

The hostel is very simple but extremely clean and in a great location -- especially considering how cheap I paid. The staff was very helpful, and I could rest and shower during my 12-hour layover in Lisbon. The main street where the hostel is located has many breakfast options, and the subway is only a 10-minute walk away.

I can't complain about anything except the ladder to get to my bunker. But again, for less than 30 euros I can't even complain about that.

Everything, starting from the fake pictures of the hostel, plus the not accurate description of the room, as well as the old furniture and building

Very nice stay, would recommend any time!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The entrance was a bit hard to find as there is no mention of the hostel's name anywhere outside.

It had everything you need and the staff were very kind with lots of recommendations on what to do during your stay.

with warning, the night club downstairs was loud. the shower and bathroom is very small. they collect a 50€ cash deposit upon arrival that wasn’t in the description before hand, they didn’t end up checking the room before giving it back to us when we checked out.

Location is great. They will probably try to cheat you if they can though.

I liked the place and all. But they charged me with a 50 euro deposit, which I never received back. Either these people are negligent or criminal !

Pleasant

The staff were excellent and the rooms were clean.

We stayed in two different rooms. The first one really smelt badly of cigarettes....and that was the bedding and the towels. The second room did not have any cigarette smell and was fine. Please note that this hostel is next to the very noisy tram line. If u don't mind noise....it is great.
