About this bed and breakfast
Small in scale and rich in detail, this detached cottage brings together striking design and the comforts of a fully equipped home.
The living room sets the mood with a green velvet sofa, warm wood accents, curated artwork and a dramatic black fireplace wall. High ceilings and skylights create an airy feel, while remote-controlled skylight shades let you adjust the light throughout the day.
Prepare breakfast or dinner in the gourmet kitchen, featuring European cabinetry, granite countertops, a gas range and breakfast-bar seating. The adjoining dining nook offers another comfortable spot for meals or morning coffee.
Outside, choose your favorite place to unwind: the covered front porch or the spacious rear patio, arranged with outdoor dining and lounge seating. These outdoor spaces are reserved for cottage guests.

A separate three-bedroom home sits toward the front of the property and may be occupied by other guests. Additional street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions.
Need more room for your group? Reserve the cottage and main home together, subject to availability.
Please help us care for this thoughtfully designed property and respect our neighbors and any guests staying in the other home.
• Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. Keep music, conversations and outdoor noise low during these hours.
• No smoking indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside either home. Additional charges apply for removing smoke odors, stains or related damage.
• Registered guests and visitors: Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests on your reservation without prior host approval. Visitors also require advance approval. The primary booking guest is responsible for ensuring everyone in their group, including approved visitors, follows these rules.
• No parties or events: Parties and events are prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings may result in termination of the stay and a requirement to leave, subject to applicable law and booking-platform procedures. Additional cleaning required as a result will be charged at $200 per hour.
• Respectful conduct: Illegal activity, threatening behavior, harassment and disturbances to neighbors or other guests are prohibited and may result in termination of the stay.
• Parking: Follow the parking directions in your check-in instructions and use only your assigned spaces. Keep the driveway and access routes clear. Guests are responsible for towing charges resulting from improper parking.
• Shared spaces: When the homes are booked separately, the yard, driveway and parking area are shared. The main home’s deck is reserved for main-home guests; the cottage’s covered porch and rear patio are reserved for cottage guests. Please respect these boundaries and the professionally designed landscaping.
• Care of the home: Please leave the home reasonably neat and tidy and follow the checkout instructions. Cleaning beyond normal turnover needs—including excessive mess, stains or odors—will be charged at $200 per hour for the additional time required.
• Maintenance and damage: Report any malfunction, damage or missing item promptly so we can address it. Guests may be charged for damage caused by their group beyond normal wear and tear, or for items removed from the property.
• Check-in and checkout: Early check-in and late checkout require advance host approval and depend on availability. Any fee will be quoted before approval. Unauthorized checkouts more than 30 minutes past the scheduled checkout time incur a fee of $25 per hour. Late checkout may be unavailable when another guest arrives the same day.
• Property access: We aim to schedule routine work between reservations. If access is needed during your stay for a non-emergency, we will provide at least 24 hours’ written notice, subject to applicable law. In an emergency, authorized personnel may enter as permitted by law, with notice as soon as reasonably possible.
• Outdoor conditions: Weather, insects and wildlife are part of the local environment. Ordinary outdoor conditions do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund. Please promptly report any condition affecting the home’s safety or habitability.
IMPORTANT: SEWER PUMP & PLUMBING
The property uses a sewer pump system. Flush only toilet paper and human waste.
Never flush wipes—even those labeled “flushable”—menstrual products, Q-tips, cotton pads, condoms, diapers, dental floss, paper towels, tissues or cigarette butts. Place these items in the trash.
Do not pour grease, oils or coffee grounds into the kitchen disposal, sinks or any drain.
These materials can block or damage the pump, triggering an extremely loud alarm and requiring an urgent plumbing visit. Guests are responsible for documented repair and service costs resulting from their group’s improper disposal of prohibited items.
IF THE ALARM SOUNDS:
• Stop using all water and plumbing fixtures immediately, including toilets, sinks, showers, the dishwasher and washing machine.
• Contact our maintenance hotline immediately so we can dispatch a plumber.
• You may temporarily silence the alarm using the control panel on the left exterior wall of the guest house. Do not disconnect power or turn off the pump.
• Silencing the alarm does not resolve the problem. Wait for maintenance to confirm that plumbing use can resume.
Any additional charges will be documented and handled through the applicable booking platform’s procedures. Please reply to the message asking for the code word `Banana Pancakes`
