Location was good. Room was good. Bar area was nice.
For the money, no water in the room. Room cleaning was the bare minimum to maintain tidiness. No bell available on arrival.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating in the lobby, front desk, and bar.
Parking garage is difficult to navigate and needs better signage and flow to exit. Parking attendant was rude in garage. Wish there was a pool.

Room was nice and it was conveniently located to our venue.
When we arrived to the hotel, it was not clear where to pull up for checking in. The staff member was yelling at me to move my car when I was trying to pull up for valet. She said I couldn't sit in that spot(there was a car in front of me with no driver in it that was parked and I could not move) I told her that I was trying to get a valet and she said I had to move up, which I couldnt because cars would not stop and she offered no help to stop one to let me pull up. A valet came over when he saw me and took my car. We arrived at 3:00 and knew that checkin was at 4:00 but we had traveled over 4 hours so we were fine with waiting until checkin. The line for checking in was very long. I checked in around 3:30 and the woman at the counter said they would call me when my room was ready. I recieved a call at 4:10 that my room was ready. I walked to the side of the counter and the woman told me that I had to get back in line. The lines were still long and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my room key. We were hoping to get in our room at 4:00 so that we could change after the long drive and get ready for our concert. My daughter and two grandchildren were with me. I was disappointed that no one offered an apology or offer anything for the inconvenience it caused. I paid $640 for one night at the hotel. I would expect that maybe a voucher for breakfast or at least a coffee from the coffee shop would have been a nice offer.
