I liked the bathroom and the view of Charlotte. Also, the bed was very comfortable
There was a small amount of trash from the last guest or room service when we checked in. Asked the lobby staff to clean it, got back hours later and still had to clean it

The only complaint I have was how expensive it was due to the concert but that’s typical

Overall the hotel is very nice.
The charges my credit card an additional $42 with no explanation or receipt.
