Located in the heart of Ciutadella, and within walking distance of any shop or restaurant you have been recommended, The property features distinctive vaulted ceilings, which gives it a unique character compared to larger, more modern resorts leading to a truly memorable stay.
Some street noise but to be expected due to incredibly central location

Beautiful aristocratic building with 10 rooms in a fantastic location bang in the middle of Ciutadella’s historic centre.
We had 2 rooms. One the junior suite is very beautiful light and airy with a private balcony. The other the deluxe room has a bath in the bedroom that takes too long to fill up without it getting cold. This room also has a funky smell and no air.

The location is perfect if you think about moving around the citadella.
Don’t say you are a boutique hotel if you aren’t.
The parking absence is an issue, we have to go over the city looking for a place to park.
The room has too much humidity and your clothes won’t dry, a big issue if you are in a beach where you will get wet all days. They could offer a heating system to dry clothes and towels.
The towels aren’t white as expected from the basic of hospitality and specially for a boutique hotel. They don’t change the towels even if they are very wet and smelling bad, you will have to put them on the floor everyday if you want them to be changed, because of the humidity we had to do it everyday as they won’t be dry.
