Me gusto todo del hotel sobre todo el silencio y la paz, el ambiente tranquilo, la familiaridad del personal, sobre todo de la direccion, el desayuno, la ubicacion, el encanto de la decoracion, las vistas desde la terraza...
La cachofa de la ducha no salia bien por todo.

City center of Ciutadella but quiet hotel - mostly couples. The staff was very nice and the breakfast had plenty of options. The courtesy sunshine umbrella was great. And the gesture and attitude at checkout was an absolute bonus surprise.
We stayed for 9 nights so I’d expect more than 2 courtesy water bottles - but take it as a suggestion 😉

L'hôtel est très très bien placé en plein centre historique de Ciutadella.
Le bon restaurant, Raco des Paulau, le plus proche de l'hôtel est à 1 minute à pied. Et le plus loin à 10 minutes.
Le parking gratuit et payant (plaça de la Pau) est à 5 minutes de l'hôtel.
Isa, à la réception, est formidable. Elle fait tout pour rendre notre séjour formidable.
Du choix au petit déjeuner mais pour ma part il manque un peu de produit laitier.
Ne ratez pas l'hôtel Maïa si vous passez par Ciutadella !

Au centre de ciutadella. Grande chambre propre.
Tres bruyant, on nous donne des boules quies mais qui sont inutilisables..
On etait en rdc en face d un pseudo acceuil ou il n y a jamais personne..mais les gens qui rentraient ou sortaient de l hotel on avait l impression qu ils étaient dans notre chambre
Petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de gâteaux très bourratif .Pas de parking donc le soir il faut tourné pour trouver une place.
