La atención y trato del Personal que fueron muy amables en todo momento, desayuno muy abundante y variado con productos locales. Instalaciones muy cómodas y la limpieza de la habitación. Todo Perfecto!!

Por poner un pero....se echa en falta una TV en la habitación, y caldear la zona del comedor en invierno (era un poco fría)

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Ciutadella and our stay at Mon Hotel.

Modern, thoughtful design and decor made for very relaxed surroundings. Hotel is ideally located with street parking readily available. Breakfast choices were good and staff were very helpful in offering gluten free options.

We had hoped to have dinner in the well rated restaurant but were disappointed to discover when we arrived that it was closed for the duration of our stay.

The room at Mon was good, and the location was great. They offered up a delicious breakfast everyday and the room had great AC, and it was hot out so we needed it. Buses to get around are at your doorstep so if you want to use the bus to go to the beaches, but come back to town for the night this is a great spot. All in all a solid place to stay. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

The staff are extremely welcoming, very well decorated comfy beds and great breakfast highly recommended , the hotel also is a great restaurant with incredible food.

A heavenly place

The cutest place we stayed in. It was a delight for the eyes, they put a lot of thought in the details of the room. The breakfast was stunning. Nice shower. It is right in the middle of Cuitadella, just perfect to explore the city and the harbour.

Very stylish, well decorated and clean.

The property was not shown upon checking in. very noisy!!!! Closing doors in the building is a nightmare. even on the second floor you can hear the main entrance door closing. Breakfast was poor and sometimes not very organised, depending the staff on shift. Staff not present at all times. While we were waiting for our shuttle, people were coming to check in and we had to open the door as property was deprived of staff, not even answering the calls.

Very good

The property was beautifully decorated with a stunning theme throughout. Perfect location for the centre of Ciutedella and amazing breakfasts. Would recommend to anyone visiting to stay here.

The location was great! Comfortable, clean room. Great breakfast!

It was pretty noisy in the morning at about 7am when the kitchen started.

Exceptional

The room very elegantly decorated, very spacious, and the food at the restaurant was one of the finest dinings we've ever had. The location was fantastic as we were in the middle of the city centre and 2 steps away from the port.
