Great little hotel in a very central location for the beautiful old town of Ciutadella with all the eateries within hopping distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean. Shower was great once you mastered how to control it (it only took a few minutes). A/C worked a treat to keep the room cool during the day when I was out and was easily controlled by remote during the night.
Could have done with hooks to hang bath towels in the bathroom. That is my only tiny complaint.

la struttura era pulita ed in pieno centro Ciutadella.
Siamo rimasti delusi dalla camera però, molto piccola e sopratutto con un servizio di pulizia ESCLUSO - se non a pagamento (che mi sembra abbastanza strano in un sevizio ad hotel).
Piuttosto a questo punto avremmo optato per una soluzione in appartamento munita di strumenti necessari alla pulizia fai da te, in pratica siamo rimasti costretti a vivere nella sporcizia creatasi nei giorni.
la camera al nostro arrivo era perfettamente pulita, il problema è quanto creatosi nei giorni essendo i servizi di pulizia esclusi.
