Fantastic location. Staff were amazing.

I was disappointed with the evening buffet. Felt very much the same each night. I thought the drinks were very expensive and no water provided - unless we paid for it.

Clean, helpful staff and great location. Easy to get around on foot to the old town!

The facilities are good, it's a small hotel, the people are very charismatic and cool, the pool and gym are good :) *The Location is amazing, I think this is the highlight, everything in Ciudadela is reachable only walking from the hotel. *It is a good option having the breakfast as a optional, in case you want to get one in a cafe or simply you have got other panoramas. * The pool area is good, very good if you want to chill and relax or read, or work. * The Gym is not the best in the world but it has what you need * The staff is very friendly and they are always there for you:) to help you in your needs.

they were 3 special situation where I thought OMG what am I doing here. * first of all: in our very first night when we were arriving after get dinner in our room were 3 huge cockroaches very disgusting. We didn't know what to do, we called the staff and they didn't care that much about it, and they just justified their self saying the entire island had a situation with cockroaches and they can't do much about it. very unprofessional of them considering is a hotel and the should be more worried about this issues. * Second: one day we get a "special spray against cockroaches" which we used, and we asked them if they have more of this product because we empty ours, and the recepcionista said after cheeking the storage: " unfortunately, we run out of the product but if you want YOU (guest) can go by yourself to get one in the supermarket and give me the ticket so we can refund you, and I found it very rude and tasteless of them considering that I was the guest or customer of their service, and also why should I on my holiday take care of the hygienic of their installation? * third: when it was the moment to pay, they tried to charged one doble breakfast extra because in their system appeared more than we actually got, so we asked to the receptionist how many breakfast were in the system and there it was when we thought no that is wrong. Fortunately, the man was very understandably and he just accepted what we said, so very important things is check constantly what are they charging you. Despite these unpleasant moments, we were able to enjoy our stay and enjoy the island.
